As brokers and owners, our Property Management Division has been as a result of our own experiences in real estate, as well as working with investors and home owners to develop a real estate portfolio. We started by investing in homes, but found that brokers we contacted for management often were unresponsive or not interested in helping attain maximum rents while protecting the home investment. While there are good companies already in the market, they are in the minority. We have built our company a little differently from everyone else, for we know first hand what works and what doesn’t. Last year 85% of our owners have increased their cash flow by us helping them to minimize their cost of repairs by providing our owners with preventive maintenance task to prevent those high costly repairs.
We are guided by one principle–earn your trust by doing what we say and delivering outstanding customer service for both the property owner and the tenant. Real Estate is no different from stocks, bonds, IRA’s or a 401-K. You should expect a firm to manage a property to deliver maximum rents while making sure it is maintained in order to preserve value and take advantage of market increases. 95% of our owners received an increase in their market rents.
